Do you or someone you know have cancer or is recovering from cancer, then they may be interested in these classes.
The goal of a Hatha practice is balance. We continuously balance the body with each posture, and we work to balance the nervous system by exploring periods of movement and periods of stillness. A Hatha class means that you’ll take your time in each posture, maybe even a full minute or more.
July 12 at 10:00
July 19 at 10:00
The classes, run by our lovely Ruth, are held at the physiotherapy centre - Kinésithérapie Lenoir & Schäfer, 34, rue du Grünewald, L-1646 Senningerberg.
Yoga mats are available if you don’t have your own, but please bring a blanket or towel.
Limited to a maximum of 10 places
Should the class be showing as full, please send an email to Geraldine at info@thinkpinklux.com and she will let you know if someone cancels.
If you are having mobility issues, we would recommend you try our other class - restorative yoga with Sheelagh on Saturdays at 11:30
Please note that there will be no Gentle Hatha Yoga class from July 19 until September 6.
Sheelagh’s Restorative Healing class will go ahead during this period and all are welcome to join that class.
*Support persons are welcome (space permitting) for a small donation of €10 per class.
