We're excited to share with you, our lovely community, what's coming up and what we've been working on.

TPL Community Gathering

Join us on 13th March for our next community gathering! 

We will welcome three women who will share their personal stories and experiences with cancer. Their journeys are sure to inspire and educate us all, and you can join in the discussion. Additionally, we will present the ThinkPink Guide – a valuable resource designed to answer many practical questions that arise after a cancer diagnosis in Luxembourg.

🎗️ Relais pour la Vie 🎗️

If you cannot be at the Coque or simply you wish to support ‘Relais pour la Vie’ outdoors, join us for a walk on Sunday 23rd March. Not only we will be making a meaningful contribution, but we'll also enjoy all the health benefits that come with walking in the fresh air. We'll meet at Mamer Park at 14h for a lovely circular, relaxed walk of about 1.5h.

Run for TPL @ the ING Night Marathon

Last chance to be  a TPL runner! On 31st May, help us pink up Luxembourg City’s streets! Choose from the full, half or team (4 ppl.) marathon courses, or the fun 5km Run for Success (3 ppl.). Help us raise awareness for breast cancer and TPL, as well as vital funds for cancer patients and research! 

Soul Talk 💬

Do you know about “Soul Talk? Our men’s support group that provides an open space for men who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis, whether personally or through supporting someone close to them. Discussing feelings and fears surrounding cancer can be daunting, yet the Soul Talk meetings allow participants to express their thoughts and feelings freely, connecting with others who are navigating similar journeys. Their next meet up is scheduled for:

Restorative yoga classes🧘‍♀️

Join our restorative yoga classes - suitable for all levels and for those undergoing cancer treatment - a restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. The classes, run by Sheelagh, take place at Kinésithérapie Lenoir & Schäfer, 34, rue du Grünewald, L-1646, Senningerberg at 11:30 on:

👉P.S. Remember to wear comfortable clothing and warm socks.

🧘🏽‍♀️Hatha yoga classes🧘‍♀️

Looking for a way to find balance and regain strength? If you or someone you know is affected by cancer, our Hatha classes could be just what you need! The classes, run by Ruth, are held at Kinésithérapie Lenoir & Schäfer, 34, rue du Grünewald, L-1646, Senningerberg, starting at 10am on:

• Saturday 22 March

• Saturday 5 April

Yoga mats are available if you don’t have your own, but please bring a blanket or towel. Support persons are welcome (space permitting) for a small donation of €10/class.

*Please note that these classes are not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you are dealing with painful joints and fatigue, we recommend our restorative yoga classes.

🚶🏻‍♀️Walks, talks and coffee🚶

As spring approaches and the days get warmer, there’s no better time to step outside! Join our Sunday walks for a jolly urban stroll of approximately 5km that offers a chance to get some fresh air and exercise but also serves as a wonderful opportunity to connect with others.

Join our Wednesdays walks for a chat, mild exercise (approx. 4km) and plenty of fresh air. Walks are followed by coffee or lunch.

An exclusive event!

Our lovely pink ladies, Miriam Karg & Mary McIvor organise an exclusive experience for our supporters. Join us for a private visit to the Court of Justice of the European Union on Friday, April 4th.

Spaces are limited, and you won’t want to miss out on this unique event. Register by 21 March to secure your spot!
