Research shows that strength training can help manage fatigue, improve bone density, and reduce treatment side effects for women recovering from cancer. Regular physical activity has also been linked to lower recurrence rates and improved mental well-being, helping women regain confidence and resilience.
This class is designed specifically for those directly affected by cancer. No prior experience needed. Just bring a mat, a bottle of water, and an open mind. Support persons/carers are welcome (space permitting) for a donation of €10 pp.
Let’s move together, support each other, and get stronger—one session at a time!
